I haven't eaten a meatball soup for a long time and I still saw some better ones here than the others, so I decided to present you my humble recipe;)

  • 500 g minced meat mixture
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 or
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon marar
  • 1 large dried onion
  • 1 link green onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 branch green leustean
  • 1 dry thyme branch
  • 250 ml bag

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Meatball soup:

1. Peel the vegetables, wash them well, cut the potatoes and carrot into cubes, slice the green onion and finely chop the onion.

2. Boil the vegetables together with the whole thyme and larch branches.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs: mix the minced meat with the egg, flour, breadcrumbs, dill and salt and pepper to taste. We wet our hands (we repeat this process from time to time so that they do not stick to our hands) and we form in our hands the meatballs that we add to the pot on the fire.

4. After giving a few more roasts, add the borscht and leave it on high heat for another 20-30 minutes.
