Apples stuffed with oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon in slow cooker Crock-Pot 4.7 L

Apples stuffed with oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon in slow cooker Crock-Pot 4.7 L

In a bowl put the butter, brown sugar, oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon and mix until smooth.

We clean the apples from the back and the house with seeds.

Place the ceramic bowl in the Crock-Pot 4.7 l Digital slow cooker and place the hollowed apples in it. Fill each apple with the prepared mix, taking care to press to distribute evenly. If the filling remains, place it on top of the apples. Pour the apple juice next to the stuffed fruit.

Cover the bowl with a lid and put the slow cooker in the socket. We set the Crock-Pot device to the low temperature mode (the corresponding LED on the device will light up) and the time to 3 hours (the setting mode is every 30 minutes). After the set cooking time has elapsed, the appliance will switch off on its own and switch to "keep warm" mode.

Remove the stuffed apples from the appliance, drip the sauce from the bowl on top and serve. We can also add a cup of ice cream or vanilla sauce.

GOOD APPETITE!

Goodies from Oana

For the countertop:
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400 g of sugar (no, it's not a mistake, that's all there is to it!)
- 225 g butter at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of powdered red dye
- 240 ml of kefir
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence (preferably obtained from vanilla pods, not in the chemistry lab)

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (to extinguish baking soda)

For the cream:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 225 g butter at room temperature
- 90 g grated white chocolate through a small grater
- 115 g powdered sugar
- a teaspoon of vanilla essence (preferably obtained from vanilla pods, not in the chemistry laboratory)

To start, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease two forms of cake with a diameter of 20 cm with butter or oil. Preferably shapes that do not flow in the oven, as I suffered. I even laughed and cried to see the beauty of the red countertop flowing and smoking in the oven. Of course I resumed the process, not without getting upset and bodogan without ceasing while cleaning the oven and straightening the mess.

Beat the butter for the top, adding the sugar little by little. Add eggs one by one, mixing after each egg.
Separately, mix a small portion of kefir with cocoa and red dye. Add vanilla. So it's the most beautiful red you've ever seen?

Red Velvet Cake
In the butter cream, alternately add the remaining kefir and flour, then the red composition. At the end, add the baking soda, mix well, pour into the two forms and put immediately (after the pictures are taken) in the oven, on the top step.

Red Velvet Cake

Bake for about 35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test (it must come out of the countertop dry).
Remove the top from the trays and let it cool completely on two grills.

The cream is prepared extremely simply: butter (mandatory at room temperature if you do not want to cut the cream) is beaten with powdered sugar. Add mascarpone and finely grated white chocolate, vanilla and mix until smooth. GATA!

Now comes the assembly. Before cutting the top, it is good for it to stay in the freezer for 10 minutes. Having a velvety consistency, it will break very easily.
Level the two worktops (ie cut the domed lid resulting after baking) and cut each in two, lengthwise. We will finally get 4 countertop sheets. The crumbs left after cutting, as well as the cut lids are kept for decoration.
Fill the countertop sheets with cream cheese and keep about 1/3 for garnish and finish.

Red Velvet Cake
Cover the cake with the remaining cream cheese and sprinkle red crumbs obtained from the leftovers on top.
Congratulations! At this point you got a beautiful cake, with a perfect taste! A cake so red that it will ignite the jealousy of all those who did not taste it :)
