you can't even imagine how good it is! the first time I ate I can't tell you what the soup is, I probably wouldn't have tasted it, but after I tasted it .............. I asked for the recipe, it's great

  • 10 eggs
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1/2 celery
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 fat red pepper
  • green parsley
  • 250 g smanatana
  • little vegeta (delicate)
  • salt
  • 2 house bag dogs
  • a little lemon salt - if you want even more sour soup

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARATION OF THE omelet soup recipe:

Prepare the omelette from 10 egg whites and 8 yolks (2 remain for the final dressing with sour cream), mix well with a little salt then put the diced red pepper and chopped green parsley and bake 2 omelettes in the pan with the lid, then return on the lid and bake on the other side and then the second omelet as well, and after it has cooled, cut it into cubes and put it in the water that is already boiling with carrots, cut the celery into pieces and with a little vegeta.

Let it boil for 15 -20 minutes all together then put 4-5 tablespoons of washed rice and let it boil well then put the borscht and lemon salt (if you like the soup more sour), then let it boil 2 times with the borscht and turn off the heat

Leave it for a while and then straighten it with sour cream mixed well with the 2 yolks
