How do you manage your stress? Today I have chosen to talk to you about a problem that seems to be more and more common. I will not show you what stress has meant to me today, because for each of us stress manifests itself differently. For some it may be commonplace, while for others it means a lot and vice versa. Clearly, I do not want to start a war in which different opinions are held about a "real problem", so we will talk in general. You feel in the morning that this day will hinder you ... nothing works, nothing comes out, you don't solve anything - that's how you describe a stressful day. I had it too, you had it too and unfortunately we will have many more. The problem is always: how to remove it? Then you think that this is how the day was, you can't do anything and that's it. But is that really the case? I don't believe in tricks and remedies for stress relief and that's why I hope you will understand in the following lines why I still chose to put this title in the post.

However, I believe that the only thing you can do to deal with stress is to ACCEPT IT. Yeah, that sounds weird. Accept that something didn't work out for you, don't just blame "that's how the day was". Accept that if you did 5 things wrong, there is still time to do another 10 good ones. Make your day better. don't let the day make you stressed. I know, it's a lesson you've probably heard, but it's a lesson I'm trying to learn right now. Why? So was my birthday today: HORROR. STRESS. I was crazy, bored and I definitely let the day go by. Nothing came out of what I set out to do today. Not even 10% (maybe I set myself too many haha :))). However, although it is HARD, I always try not to accept the idea that "this is the day and this is how it should be". I tried to brighten my day. It didn't work out for me from the beginning, it did work out for me now, in the evening, when the day is almost over. But I'm SATISFIED. Why? Because I understood that "bad days" can be tamed, because I create circumstances to be happy. because I know that “bad days” will come, and I am waiting for them sitting relaxed and enjoying a tasty glass of milkshake with bananas and chocolate.

  • Ingredients (2 servings):
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons finetti (or any chocolate in a jar)
  • roasted and peeled hazelnuts

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Milkshake with bananas and finetti to relieve stress:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. We also add milk depending on how liquid we want the milkshake to be.

Put the chocolate and hazelnuts and let the blender do its job. I slipped the milkshake through the sieve this time, because I wanted to get a fine milkshake, without feeling the skin of oranges and others.

Enjoy this milkshake, fast, tasty and always available to anyone! I wish you a stress-free week!

What is a banana?

This is one of the most consumed fruits on the planet. And that's incredibly good news (we'll tell you why a little later). Speaking in botanical terms, bananas belong to the Musaceae family. The scientific name of the fruit is Musa acuminata Colla.

Banana is called Kela in Hindi, Pandu Arati in Telugu, pazham vazhai in Tamil, Hannu balot in Kannada, and ethapazham in Malayalam. The fruit is variable in color, size, and firmness. It is one of the most widely cultivated crops in tropical and subtropical areas. Although there is no clear distinction between bananas and bananas, the former is a softer variety, while the latter is firmer.

In terms of monetary value, bananas are the fourth largest food crop in the world. They are very popular and come in several varieties -

Apple bananas, which are extremely sweet. They are also called banana apple candies. They have a strong flesh that has a light pink tone.

Cavendish bananas, which are the most common variety. They are long, yellow, and slightly sweet. The unbaked version is green. The baked version is yellow, which then goes on to become super soft and brown.

Lady finger bananas, which are smaller and sweeter than the common type.

Pisang Raja, which are often used to prepare banana dumplings. These are popular in Indonesia.

Red bananas, which are red (obviously!) And sweeter of the lot.

Cooking bananas, which are similar to plantains, and are often considered a nice substitute for potatoes. You can steak or steam them or even fry them in chips.

Well, that's a lot of "bananas." And it all comes down to one question - are bananas really that good for you?

Bananas good for you? How?

They are super rich in antioxidants and other nutrients. That's enough, isn't it?

A banana contains about 467 mg of potassium - now, that's huge. Potassium is vital for controlling blood pressure, which in turn protects the heart. The same banana has only 1 mg of sodium. Bananas also contain vitamin B6, which prevents anemia and coronary heart disease.

Banana fiber takes care of your digestive health and promotes weight loss (1). The fruit (green and unripe variety) is also high in resistant starch, a type of indigestible carbohydrate that acts as fiber. It promotes colon health and lowers blood sugar add meals (2), (3).

Bananas are rich in magnesium, which could prevent type 2 diabetes (4). They contain high levels of tryptophan, which promotes mood and helps treat depression. Vitamin B6 also helps you sleep well. Potassium in bananas may also improve sexual health in men.

All this simply tells us that bananas are natural foods with superb benefits - the credit for which nutrients must be given the fruits are full.

A serving of banana has about 110 calories, 30 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of protein. It is naturally free of fats, cholesterol and sodium.

A banana also contains about 450 mg of potassium, 34 mg of magnesium, and 3 g of dietary fiber.

Even banana peel contains vitamins B6 and B12, along with magnesium, potassium, protein and fiber. The peel, by the way, is edible and consumed in many parts of the world.

Now we come to the part where we talk about the middle ground - bananas are one of the most widely eaten fruits in the world, and that's good news. Why? Because of their magical benefits, which you will see right now.

What are the health benefits of bananas?

1. Improving heart health

A report from Harvard Medical School says that low potassium levels can cause heart rhythm disorders. Bananas, being rich in potassium, can help counteract this problem (5). (Too much potassium could be bad for the heart. So be careful.)

Your heart is a smooth muscle and depends on potassium for proper contraction and expansion. Low potassium levels, a condition called hypokalemia, can also lead to heart palpitations.

New research suggests that one banana a day may reduce the risk of heart attack by a third (6). This could also be associated with other healthy living habits, such as abstinence from tobacco and regular exercise.

The heart also contains different channels of potassium ions, which could be another reason bananas are so good for heart health (7). And, as frightening as it may sound, an extremely low level of potassium can cause even the heart to stop (8). According to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, banana is one of the fruits that must be taken for a healthy heart (9).

According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, potassium helps lower blood pressure levels. But be careful with potassium supplements - do not take them without talking to your doctor (10). One study says that having two bananas a day can lower blood pressure by up to 10 percent.

According to the American Heart Association, potassium reduces the effects of sodium. But consuming more potassium should also be combined with regular exercise and a healthy diet to maintain heart health (11). And people with kidney disease should limit their potassium intake.

A high sodium intake causes the body to retain water - it raises blood pressure. Potassium works to reduce this water retention, displaying a positive effect on blood pressure. It also stimulates kidney function, which helps the same level of sodium in the body. Nutrients also relax the walls of the arteries (12).

2. Strengthen Brain Health

Bananas are rich in vitamin B6, which improves cognitive function. In a study by Tuft's University, men with higher levels of vitamin B6 performed better on memory tests. And the magnesium in bananas facilitates electrical activity between nerve cells in the brain.

More importantly, the cells in the brain use glucose as fuel. Since our brain cannot store glucose, we must supply it regularly. Bananas (because they contain fiber) release sugars slowly into the blood, and your body uses this sugar more than gradually, refined sugar (pastries and sweets, etc.) - it provides a constant supply of glucose to the brain.

Potassium in bananas also keeps oxygen levels in normalized brain cells. The fruit is rich in manganese, which is known to prevent disorders in the brain, such as epilepsy and Parkinson's disease (13), (14). Serotonin and melatonin bananas promote relaxation.

We have already seen bananas are rich in vitamin B6. Deficiency of this vitamin can also cause confusion, depression, and peripheral neuropathy (15). Bananas Eating regularly can improve brain strength and nerve function. They help focus impulse as well.

Studies have also shown that potassium in bananas can help prevent aging stroke (16). And for postmenopausal women, eating bananas could reduce their risk of stroke by 12 percent (17). According to the American Academy of Neurology, people with low potassium intake may be 1.5 times more likely to suffer a stroke (18). Although potassium has no effect on hemorrhagic stroke, which is caused by sudden bleeding (less common type), it does not help combat ischemic stroke (which is what 80 percent of strokes are) (19 ).

3. Promoting bone health

According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, potassium in bananas is good for bone health (20). Bananas are also good sources of silicon, which, according to preliminary studies, can contribute to bone health (21). Magnesium in fruits is also another important nutrient for bone structure (22).

Potassium-rich foods also produce alkalis in the body to maintain acid-base balance. This is important to note that when an organism is acidic, the bones get a signal to neutralize the acid - and the bones tend to achieve this by breaking down to release the alkaline substance. But, foods rich in potassium can prevent this and allow the bones to maintain their structure (23). In other words, potassium intake can prevent the loss of calcium from the bones (24).

Potassium intake has also been shown to improve bone density in older women. The study also links long-term potassium intake to a reduced risk of osteoporosis (25). Another American study links potassium intake to the prevention of age-related bone loss (26).

4. Helps treat diarrhea

Bananas help treat diarrhea by replacing the electrolyte. Because the fruit is rich in potassium, it can help replace lost potassium (27). You can simply eat a banana to get some relief. You can then add a pinch of salt to the water and drink the mixture - this will help replace the lost sodium and chloride.

There is a specific diet designed for rapid recovery from diarrhea. It's called the BRAT diet - bananas, rice, apple sauce, and toast. This is especially effective for infants and children with upset stomachs. This diet reduces the amount of stool produced by the body and gives rest to the stomach. However, it is better to go for a normal balanced diet as the BRAT diet is low in protein, fiber and fat - and therefore devoid of all the necessary nutrients. Also, within 24 hours of diarrhea, you should eat a diet that includes fruits and vegetables. Although the BRAT diet is good to have, it is no longer the preferred diet choice for relieving diarrhea (28).

5. Promoting Digestive Health

Bananas help restore normal bowel function. And, since they are high in fiber, they are what you need to be looking for digestive health. Also, the proper functioning of the digestive tract depends on its muscles - it contracts in an undulating pattern (a process called peristalsis).Potassium also plays a major role in muscle function, which is why it can help in this process.

Bananas are rich in both insoluble and soluble fiber. The first adds bulk to food and aids in smooth movement - it also helps you feel full after a meal. Soluble fiber improves intestinal health. It also slows down the absorption of fats and carbohydrates, keeping blood sugar levels in a healthy range.

The fruit is also a rich source of fructooligosaccharides, which are prebiotics that feed friendly bacteria in the gut - helping to improve gut health and is more effective than other probiotics. Also, fully ripe bananas may be more effective in treating digestive problems.

Because bananas are natural antacids, they can help neutralize gastric acid and help treat ulcers. Another component in bananas, leukocyanidin, increases the thickness of the mucous membrane of the stomach - it provides additional protection from ulcers. Even unripe plantain can stimulate the growth of the gastric mucosa (29).

Green bananas are rich in resistant starch, which can help treat constipation (30). And, since bananas are naturally low in acids, they can also help ease heartburn. A nicely ripe banana will stick to the irritated esophageal mucosa - it forms a protective layer, which soothes and treats heartburn.

However, there is some conflicting research to consider as well. But it's with unripe bananas, though. Unripe fruit contains about 100-250 mg of tannins (per 100 g) and large amounts of amylase-resistant starch. They can cause constipation or aggravate a pre-existing condition (31). By the way, this property has been used in the BRAT diet for the treatment of diarrhea.

6. Treat Hangover

Potassium is a mineral that is lost through alcohol consumption, and this also causes dehydration (32). You can have a banana milkshake sweetened with honey - a quick remedy for a hangover. Bananas soothe the stomach, and honey replenishes depleted sugar levels. And milk soothes and rehydrates your body (33).

Vitamins B1 and B6 are two of the nutrients whose levels fall after alcohol consumption - bananas are rich in these and can help improve hangover symptoms (34). Glucose and electrolytes in bananas also help hangover treatment (35).

7. White teeth

Although there is limited research, some reliable sources say that potassium, manganese and magnesium in ripe banana peels help whiten teeth. You can simply rub the inside of the peel on your teeth for a few minutes. Wait about 10 minutes before brushing, as usual.

But even otherwise, the magnesium in bananas is high for teeth (36).

8. Stress reduction

As Potassium in bananas lowers blood pressure, it may also help reduce stress. And, since bananas are rich in carbohydrates, you can have a relaxing effect - carbohydrates produce serotonin, the neurotransmitter that calms you.

The fruit also contains dopamine, a chemical that can calm the nervous system and reduce stress (37). And vitamin B6 from bananas also helps (38).

9. Offer an instant energy boost

Bananas are a combination of carbohydrates, amino acids, natural sugars, and other minerals that give an energy boost. Carbohydrates in bananas are released slowly into the bloodstream, providing a sustained supply of energy. Even bread and pasta, such as bananas, contain slow-release carbohydrates.

Bananas also contain nutrients that are vital post-workout - these nutrients help muscle repair and balance water retention. In fact, research says that just two bananas can give you enough energy for a tiring 90-minute workout (39).

According to a report by the Appalachian State University, bananas could be as beneficial as sports drinks (40). Another report from Harvard Medical School says that bananas may have absent benefits in most sports drinks. The fruit contains antioxidants and a healthy blend of sugars (and fiber and vitamin B6), which can further help sustain energy.

10. Help Cancer Fight

A yellow banana is healthy. But a banana goes brown and full of pimples could be healthier. The more brown patches, the more tumor necrosis factor (TNF). Research says that TNF is a cancer-fighting compound that helps fight abnormal cells in the body. Also, yellow skin bananas with black spots are about 8 times more effective in fighting bad cells than the green skin variety. They also stimulate the production of white blood cells, which increase immunity (41).

Another study links banana consumption to a reduced risk of colorectal cancer (42). Bananas also have a protective association with lung cancer (43). The fruit may also provide protection against kidney cancer as a study. The study states that women who consume four to six bananas a week can reduce their risk of kidney cancer by 50 percent. This effect may be due to the antioxidant phenolic compounds in bananas.

11. Improving Eye Health

Nigerian doctors are known to combine with another African plant (called Orinol) to treat macular degeneration and cataracts. This can be attributed to the content of vitamin A in bananas, which protects the membranes of the eyes and provides light to the cornea.

12. Depressurize Menstrual cramps

This could be attributed to the potassium in bananas. The mineral can work as a muscle relaxant and relax the uterine muscles during periods.

Bananas can also work wonders for muscle cramps triggered by menstruation (44). And vitamin B6 (and potassium) can prevent water retention and keep you from feeling bloated (a common symptom during periods).

13. Reducing Inflammation Due To Mosquito Bites

This is where the banana peel comes to the rescue again. Sugar in the peel can help draw fluid from the mosquito bite. Just rub the inside of the peel on the affected area. But before using the peel, first sanitize the affected area.

14. Strengthening the immune system

Bananas contain copper which enhances immunity by protecting cells from damage during chemical reactions. It is also an important component of enzymes that metabolize iron, and yes, iron is also vital for the immune system.

The fruit also contains vitamin C, which stimulates the production of more and more important white blood cells. The vitamin also protects white blood cells from the chemicals that release them to destroy pathogens. Another essential nutrient is bananas contain folic acid - this nutrient is needed for the synthesis of cytokines, which are proteins that regulate the immune response.

Bananas contain another substance called banana lectin, which is gaining importance in the scientific field. Also called BanLec, it reads sugars outside of both cells and viruses. In the future, this substance can keep deadly viruses (especially those that cause AIDS) from entering healthy cells (45). In one study, the substance itself protected mice from infection with the flu virus.

According to another report, magnesium in bananas also has important functions for the immune system (46). And yes, potassium in bananas can also boost immunity.

15. It could help to quit smoking

Although there is limited research in this regard, eating bananas will not do any harm. People who smoke often have higher levels of nicotine in their blood, which in turn urges them to smoke again. This leads to a cycle of unhealthy smoking. Potassium and magnesium in bananas are said to reduce nicotine levels in the blood, thus helping smokers resist temptation.

16. It may be good for diabetes

For diabetics, being aware of carbohydrates in the diet is vital. Because carbohydrates raise blood sugar faster than other nutrients. Bananas also contain carbohydrates. About 93 percent of the calories in bananas come from carbohydrates. These carbohydrates are in the form of sugar, fiber and starch.

But since bananas contain a lot of carbohydrates, how is it even possible that they could be good for diabetes?

Well, bananas contain fiber as well. This fiber can help slow digestion and absorption of carbohydrates (47). This prevents blood sugar spikes and regulates blood sugar levels.

Another important factor to consider is glycemic load, which is based on your glycemic index (the extent to which any food can affect your blood sugar). The banana GI varies from 42 to 62, depending on their maturity. Which means they have a low glycemic load - and therefore may not be as harmful to diabetics.

As already discussed, green (unripe) bananas contain resistant starch. It behaves like blood sugar levels and controls fiber. It also feeds friendly intestinal bacteria - it improves metabolic health and controls blood sugar spikes.

Vitamin B6 in bananas reduces stress as well - which can help in the management of diabetes. One study shows that daily consumption of bananas can marginally improve blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes (48). Another report from the University of Maryland Medical Center recommends the intake of bananas during diabetes as the fruit is low in fructose (49).

17. Helps treat anemia

Anemia, especially when caused during pregnancy, can be treated with the ideal dose of folic acid. Nutrient is a form of vitamin B, found in food, and bananas are blessed with a good amount of it. Folic acid prevents anemia in pregnant women and also promote fetal health (50).

Vitamin C in bananas also helps in the proper absorption of iron (and yes, iron is what it needs to fight anemia). Vitamin B12 helps treat pernicious anemia (when an organism cannot produce enough red blood cells because it does not have enough vitamin B12). Although bananas do not contain encouraging levels of vitamin B12, vitamin B6 contains is necessary for the proper absorption and storage of vitamin B12. And copper in bananas also help absorb iron.

18. Treatment of morning sickness sickness

Potassium in bananas can help relieve morning sickness. And so can carbohydrates. However, more research is warranted in this regard.

19. Reduces fever

Excessive sweating, diarrhea, and vomiting are some of the most common symptoms of fever. These symptoms deplete potassium levels in the body's weakness and cause. Bananas, being rich in potassium, can be very helpful. They can also help replace electrolytes, thus speeding up recovery.

Flavonoids in the fruit can reduce inflammation and stimulate the activity of the immune system - which invariably helps fight fever.

20. Increase mood

Because bananas help stabilize blood sugar levels, they improve mood. And vitamin B6 in fruits relieves you of stress and anxiety. Bananas are also a great source of tryptophan, the amino acid that stimulates the production of serotonin (also called the hormone of happiness) (51).

Keeping your high vitamin B intake can help prevent depression as you age. And bananas are full of these vitamins. Potassium in bananas also has a positive impact on brain neurons, the deficiency of which can lead to brain fog and other cognitive problems.

An average banana contains about 785 mcg of nicotinic acid and 24 mcg of folic acid - vitamin B, which helps calm you down. Bananas could also be helped by mood swings - especially those related to PMS. However, excessive vitamin B6 can affect the nervous system. So be careful.

A piece of research conflict says that banana serotonin does not cross the blood-brain barrier - and therefore may not be as effective in lifting mood (52).

21. Treat Mormans Help

According to the Pacific Oriental College of Medicine, eating a banana on an empty stomach every day can help treat hemorrhoids. For hemorrhoid bleeding, three bananas a day can be a good choice (53).

22. Treating insomnia

Potassium and magnesium in bananas help relax muscles and promote sleep. And tryptophan in bananas has been used to treat many sleep disorders. A dose of tryptophan has also been found to show improvement in patients with sleep apnea (54). Bananas also contain another melatonin compound that helps treat insomnia (55).

23. I can promote weight loss

Banana fiber can help with weight loss. And since they also contain starch, they can control blood sugar levels. This is good for weight loss because excess sugar is stored as fat in the body.

You can also start the Morning Banana Diet for weight loss (56). This diet has no strict meal plans or number of calories. It simply encourages you to eat fruit, be aware of hunger, and finish dinner by 20. Only you will eat what you will always have (for lunch and dinner), but stop when you are 80 percent full. You will also skip dessert. You will eat bananas (raw, and not boiled or frozen) for water at room temperature and drink. You can have a snack only once - and that is in the afternoon. However, there is no concrete research that proves this diet works. All evidence is based on evidence.

But then, excess banana intake can cause weight gain. There is also insufficient research on how bananas can promote healthy weight gain. And if I can do all this.

What are the benefits for the skin?

There is limited research on the benefits of bananas for the skin. The masks and packages mentioned here are based on individual testimonials and experiences. However, they were not found to cause any harm.

What About Hair?

33. Improving hair health and appearance

Bananas contain folic acid, which makes hair shine (57). They also keep your hair hydrated and well hydrated (58). Potassium in fruits and other natural oils also improves hair health (59).

There are many packages of hair bananas that help your hair in different ways:

  1. Mix a ripe banana with avocado and add coconut milk to the mixture.
  2. Apply it on the hair and wait for 15 to 20 minutes.

These packaging conditions damage the hair and make the hair soft. Instead of avocado, you can also make the same packaging by adding cocoa. The presence of cocoa helps to highlight the natural color of the hair.

  1. Peel a banana and add 1 - 4 cups of olive oil and an egg white.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a blender and puree for a few minutes.

Something important to mention - While applying any of the above hair masks, it is essential to keep two things in mind so as not to end up with banana pieces in your hair washing post.

First, every time you use a hair mask banana, make sure it is in paste form and there are no pieces. Just to be sure, mix all the contents of the hair mask.

Boiler health

The common polenta can become a useful medicine in treating colds and
of gallstones

Mălaiul is a reliable substitute for bakery products, called by specialists "the friend of the small intestine". Unjustly despised, this traditional medicine only benefits both healthy people and those suffering from serious illnesses. The polenta cure is very healthy, we can try it during Lent, to nourish the body and cleanse the intestines.

Helps the liver and intestines
A traditional food such as polenta has often been the subject of research by specialists, without being able to find a contraindication. Corn stews have been popular since the time of Columbus, but later came to be considered the food of the poor. Recent studies have shown that the average life expectancy of Native American tribes that ate raw or boiled corn was much higher than that of other neighboring communities, which lacked this food in their diet.

Recently, the presence in the corn grains of some substances derived from arachidic and palmitic acids, extremely important for the body's health, was discovered. These acids are absorbed in the intestine very easily, without undergoing chemical transformations only in a proportion of 22-28%.
Once in the blood, they turn into hydroxy acids that will purify the blood of some toxic substances. The detoxifying effect of corn substances facilitates the liver's effort to neutralize toxic substances, considerably reducing the risk of liver failure and cirrhosis. In populations where corn porridge is consumed daily, the incidence of liver disease is 10 times lower, and children have a better development.

It helps us live longer
Endocrinologists believe that a daily consumption of polenta reduces by 60% the risk of mental illness caused by thyroid dysfunction.
Also, the consumption of polenta regulates the concentration of glucose in the blood, being useful for diabetics. It reduces the amount of cholesterol in the blood, thus reducing the risk of atherosclerosis and, consequently, of a heart attack. Moreover, the banal polenta revitalizes sexual functions, especially female ones.

The results of Romanian research conducted by anthropologists in the Bran-Rucăr region (where polenta is more often on the table of Romanians), show that 9% of women over 65 had a very intense ovarian activity, manifested by prolonging sexual life even after the age of 72 years.
The consumption of polenta is also responsible for longevity. Many people think that polenta makes you fat. Well, soft polenta has four times fewer calories than bread. And whipped cream has half the calories of bread. Since ancient times, Romanians have used polenta as a medicine.
For example, just to avoid pellagra, daily consumption of polenta with half a liter of milk and an egg is enough. The therapy has worked for hundreds of years.

Poultices applied to the chest
The treatments our grandmothers used to give us as children healed us and kept us from abusing antibiotics. The polenta was a place of honor among the ancient remedies. For sore throat and cold, put two tablespoons of corn on a hot plate and stand with your nose over the smoke produced, stirring constantly. In addition, drink porridge in the evening before bed, like a thin polenta, in which you put a piece of butter. The next day, you will feel infinitely better.
Among the people, one of the adjuvants with an incredible efficiency in pneumonia is also the famous Romanian polenta. Allow to cool as long as the skin can withstand, then spread on the chest area in a layer of two fingers on the chest and hold for 15 minutes, then remove and wipe the skin with a tampon soaked in camphorated alcohol.
Poultice with warm polenta is also good for bronchitis, flu, chronic cough.
The same application is made in the kidney area for the treatment of renal colic and nephritis, on the lower abdomen, as a quick remedy for annexitis and cystitis.

Useful in obesity as well
For the jug: put the warm polenta on the eyelids, changing it as often as possible. In case of lipoma, a treatment with poultices with hard polenta can be done.
It is placed in a layer of 3-4 cm on the place of the lipoma, taking care that the part that comes in contact with the skin is sprinkled with finely ground incense, just as salt is put on a slice of bread with butter. Apply warm, as long as the skin can withstand, and cover with a woolen object to keep the local temperature high.
The treatment is done every night and is kept until the polenta cools down.
Polenta is also useful for those who suffer from obesity, because this food gives an extremely fast feeling of satiety, due to the dietary fiber in its composition.

Specialist studies have shown that in people who regularly eat corn, certain problems caused by hypothyroidism, such as weight gain, drowsiness, lack of physical and mental tone, are considerably reduced. Hyperacid gastritis and ulcers are relieved by eating hot polenta instead of bread, cornmeal having, in addition to the effect of reducing acidity, a slightly calming, sedative action.
Nutrition and food biochemistry studies have shown that frequently consumed polenta also relieves conditions such as rheumatism, diabetes, difficult periods with heavy bleeding, annexitis and metroanexitis, kidney stones, hepatitis.

From polenta to porridge and bulz
• Traditionally, cornmeal can be prepared in many ways: puff pastry, test cornmeal (cornmeal), tray cornmeal, porridge, pasta, bulz, chitac, cocîrţău.
Corn as such is also eaten boiled (in a pot), fried (in a pan) or made into popcorn (in a pan). The polenta is also of two kinds: hurried and boiled. The hasty one is eaten more by the townspeople and is prepared by putting cornmeal little by little in the hot salted water, so that the polenta boils all the same.
Boiling takes less time than with whipped cream, which is more preferred in the country. In this case, the corn is suddenly put in salted water, it is left to boil until it tries several times to burn, like milk. Then it breaks with the torch. In the villages, the fluffy polenta is not cut with a knife, but with a string.
Corn porridge is nothing but half-liquid polenta, which children ate with pleasure with slices of cheese or plum juice.
The pâté is also a kind of porridge, but the cornmeal from which it is made is coarser, bigger and harder.
The lump or bulzul is made from cheese wrapped in polenta and then baked on charcoal. In some places, cornmeal is mixed with boiled pumpkin.

Did you know that?
& # 8211 100 g corn flour has 351 calories, 100 grams of fluff has 520 calories.
& # 8211 The polenta cuts perfectly if the knife blade is moistened with water.
& # 8211 The polenta no longer makes lumps, if you sprinkle the cornstarch with cold water before putting it to boil.

& # 8211 Vanilla sugar can be the secret to the perfect polenta.
& # 8211 Polenta does not fatten, but combined with cream and greasy cheese, the effect will be the same as in the case of a hearty dinner. In diets, yogurt and cottage cheese are recommended.

The polenta diet

Breakfast: hot polenta, as raw as possible, traditionally mixed with a soft-boiled egg and dairy.

Lunch: regular food, but replace bread with polenta
Dinner: whipped milk or polenta yogurt

Go back and throw a few handfuls of baking soda at the base of the flame to calm the flames - and call the fire department just to be sure.

Regular use of baking soda in the drain pipes can keep them in good working order, without clogging. One cup of baking soda a week will help maintain a favorable pH in the septic tank.

40. Peel fruits and vegetables
Baking soda is the safest and most effective way to remove dirt and residue from fresh fruits and vegetables. Sprinkle a little on a clean damp sponge, rub and rinse. Here's another way to clean your vegetables ***.

About LEMON!

Lemon is a miraculous product for killing cancer cells.
It is 10,000 times more potent than chemotherapy.
Why aren't we aware of this?
Because there are laboratories interested in manufacturing a synthetic version, which would bring them huge benefits.
You can also help a friend in need by letting him know that lemon juice is good for him to prevent illness.

Its taste is pleasant and it does not produce the horrible effects of chemotherapy.
If you can, plant a lemon in your space or garden.
How many people die while this secret is kept with envy, so as not to affect the multimillion-dollar benefits of large corporations?
As you know, lemon does not take up much space and is known for its varieties of lemon and lime.
You can eat the fruit in various ways: you can eat the pulp, make juice, make drinks, sherbet, etc.
It is attributed many virtues, but the most interesting is the effect on cysts and tumors. This plant is a proven remedy against cancer of all types. Some say it is very useful in all types of cancer. It is also considered to be a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent that controls bacterial and fungal infections, effective against internal parasites and worms, regulates high blood pressure and is an antidepressant, fights stress and disease.
The source of this fascinating information comes from one of the world's largest drug manufacturers, which says that after more than 20 laboratory experiments since 1970, the results revealed that lemon juice destroys malignant cells in 12 types of drugs. cancer, meaning colon, breast, prostate, lung, pancreas & # 8230
The components of this tree have been shown to act 10,000 times better than Adriamycin, a chemotherapeutic product commonly used in the world to slow the growth of cancer cells. And what's still amazing is that this type of lemon extract therapy only destroys cancerous malignant cells and does not affect healthy cells!

Natural remedies based on grapefruit

Grapefruit is a citrus rich in vitamin C, which has immunostimulatory, antioxidant, antitumor, antifungal, diuretic, digestive, antiparasitic, probiotic, antiseptic, astringent and tonic properties. Consumption of grapefruit is contraindicated if you follow a treatment with synthetic drugs, because the action of the fruit can inhibit their action and can cause severe side effects (pain and bleeding stomach, vomiting, seizures).

The researchers found that grapefruit juice interacts with certain drugs, often increasing the effectiveness of some of the components and can cause overdose. It seems that there is a link between the effectiveness of contraceptives and grapefruit, but this has not been officially proven. A fresh grapefruit is good to have a slightly sweet aroma, if kept at room temperature, it is difficult compared to its size and firm to the touch. The shell must be smooth and without stains.
